1. Who handles your information?
Surface Boréal uses submitted information to respond to enquiries about its services. For a privacy question, use the contact details below or the form and mention “Privacy”.
2. What the form collects
The form asks for your name, phone, email, city, surface, optional area, substrate condition, timeline and optional message. It also sends the language, enquiry page and referring site origin without query parameters. This information is used to assess the request and contact you; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
3. Processing tools and hosting
The website is designed to be hosted on Vercel. Requests are sent to the Boreal One management system through a server connection configured by Surface Boréal. Technology providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada depending on their infrastructure. Access should be restricted to people who need it for follow-up.
4. Visit and campaign measurement
With your permission and when configured, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, Google Ads measures conversions, and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure visits and performance. Tags do not load before an affirmative choice. Advertising personalization is disabled in this integration. No name, phone, email or form message is sent in measurement events.
5. Campaign parameters and local storage
Depending on your choice, UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers may be stored for the session and sent with your request to understand its source. Your preference is kept in your browser for up to 180 days. Declining does not prevent form use. You can reopen preferences below and withdraw consent.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry data should be retained only as needed for follow-up, service relationships and applicable obligations. This website does not store requests in a local database; they are transmitted to Boreal One. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Access, correction and withdrawal
You may request access to your information, correction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable obligations. Address your request to Surface Boréal. Reasonable information may be requested to verify your identity and prevent disclosure to the wrong person.
