Before choosing a colour, we inspect cracks, existing sealers, oil contamination and signs of moisture. Sound, properly prepared concrete is the foundation of the system. Movement or water infiltration must be assessed before the slab is coated.

Built around a working garage.

Tires, sand, salt and water create different demands than a living room. The base, decorative flakes and topcoat are selected as a system. We discuss texture based on how you use the space: parking, workshop or storage.

A clear schedule, including return to service.

Our typical garage process takes approximately three working days, depending on preparation and products. Completion does not necessarily mean the car can return immediately. You receive return-to-service instructions for the installed system.

Can a cracked garage floor be coated?

Often, stable cracks can be treated. Moving cracks, displaced slabs or drainage issues require a separate assessment.

What is the price per square foot?

Area alone is not enough. Concrete condition, old coating removal, repairs, edges and the selected system affect the price. Your written estimate outlines the scope.

Is a warranty available?

A five-year warranty applies to eligible installations. Coverage and exclusions must be confirmed in your estimate.
